Important information for charter members!!!!

For your free registration, please complete an AKC FSS registration form and a copies of the pedigree of your dog, mail it in a separate envelope to the Club Secretary, Teresa Hickam, no later than June 30, 2008 (see SMPCA Application for details). This is for the first dog only! If you would like you can e-mail a scanned pedigree . The application must be COMPLETELY filled out by you, signed and mailed to Teresa.

You must have a Pedigree that AKC will Recognize as a valid Dog Registry, FDSB and NAVHDA are a couple of examples. If you do not know of your pedigree is allowed Please contact anyone on the Club Officer link for information on this.
